Why I built Gritty
I was never a standout athlete.
Honestly, I wasn’t much of an athlete at all.
What I was, was someone who struggled with crushing self-doubt, and a voice in my head that made things harder than they needed to be.
Training my mind didn’t magically fix everything, but it did help me take control of how I show up.
Over time, I stopped getting stuck in my head and learned how to manage my thoughts with confidence. And it’s something I still work on every day.
Mindset training changed my life.
That’s why I built Gritty.
